Terms & Conditions

By engaging with One Advertisers (including our website, advertising services, and digital products), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all clients, users, and visitors.

For Billboard, Cinema, and Newspaper advertising:

• Space availability is subject to change until a formal booking is confirmed.
• One Advertisers is not responsible for content errors provided by the client after final approval.
• Campaign dates are fixed; rescheduling is subject to third-party media owner policies.

All custom code, designs, and digital assets produced by Websamsya (Development partner of One Advertisers) remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the specific project assets is transferred to the client, excluding proprietary frameworks or third-party licenses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% advance is required to initiate any service. All payments are non-refundable once the media space has been booked or development work has commenced. Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of digital services.

One Advertisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
